Description
If a selected atom is deleted, the ribbon selection highlighting isn't updated making it look like atoms are selected when they're not. Example scenario: select a sidechain atom, then "swapaa mousemode sel ALA": atom is deleted, ribbon still looks like residue is selected.

Note that in the 1.1 release, deleting selected atoms does not fire the "selection changed" trigger whereas in the daily build it does. Regardless, in both the ribbon remains incorrectly highlighted.

Fixed.

Atom deletion C++ code was not setting the graphics selection changed bit when a selected atom was deleted.
