Make device realsense enable vr room camera

Description

For making augmented reality videos it would simplify setup if the "device realsense on" command also ran the "vr roomCamera on fieldOfView 69 tracker on" command if VR is enabled using the appropriate field of view and adding the "tracker on" option if a VR tracker is detected and camera position calibration for the camera/tracker is available.

If the "device realsense on" command is issued before vr is enabled, it could listen for when VR is enabled and then run the vr room camera command automatically.
