Description
Add mode where back of volume image display can be made opaque black for recording augmented reality videos.
When capturing augmented reality video like the coronavirus video I just made where I show EM tomography, the tomogram details is hard to see because it is transparent and the room background shows through. It would be useful if the volume image display could put a black face at the back of the volume. This could be done by the equivalent of the volume outline box but shown as a black surface with backface culling on and the front faces being on the inside of the box. For tilted slab mode it would be better if the only the back face of the slab is black, not the whole volume box. The back and front slab faces can be shown with backface culling enabled.
Added as volume command option backingColor (can be a color or "none") on Feb 7, 2020.
