Description
If possible, it would be great if we could make the URLs
http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/user/[...]
actually point to a copy of the assembled vdocs, to avoid breaking all the links in previous answers on chimerax-users and from the website feature highlights and example images blurbs, as well as our wiki pages such as the Change Log. Currently it's to docs/user/ which is missing anything that has been relocated to within its bundle (currently only the ViewDockX GUI and command documentation, but as I understand it, eventually more).
The ChimeraX website "documentation" link goes to
http://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/chimerax/docs/index.html
but the vdocs tree doesn't have that file, only the user subdir, so I don't know how that would work. If it isn't possible, all the docs/user URLs on the website would need to be changed to vdocs/user eventually, I suppose.
Done.
