In today's daily build
UCSF ChimeraX version: 1.11.dev202510150607 (2025-10-15)

start fresh instance of ChimeraX, use commands

open 1gcn
save junk.cxs

Quit, restart, open junk.cxs

gives this in Log

I have removed the code that prints that message.
