ChimeraX could not open your session file. Probably you denied ChimeraX permission to read your map files in the Downloads directory since the error messages ChimeraX gives are about not being able to open map files.

If you have denied ChimeraX permission to read from Downloads you will need to fix that using Mac system settings Privacy and Security / Files and Folders.
