RFE: synonyms "round" "square" for cartoon style xsection

Description

I'd documented in "cartoon style" that xsection "round" was a synonym for "oval" and "square" was a synonym for "rectangle"... but I just noticed they don't work.

I'm hoping it would be easy to add round and square as synonyms. If not, let me know since some of the examples use those terms. Thanks!

Oh, also had “piping” as synonym for “barbell” xsection, also not recognized.  I think that was your original name for it.  However, that one is less used, so I’m neutral about whether you add the synonym or not.
