• NIAID contract
  • Contract is finalized
  • 10 months, start May 1
  • Will produce May monthly progress report soon

• Plato operating system update
  • Expect OS upgrade to Rocky 8 to be complete in a few weeks.
  • Crick should be updated early next week. CentOS 7 file-system still available on disk.
  • CGL primary and backup are at Rocky 9.1.
  • Scooter fixed LDAP, web tools, working on clustermaker web service
  • Selina does not yet have an account. IT is handling 50 new account backlog.

• Power outage Wed June 21, midnight
  • Will affect N108 server room where switch we use is located.

• Email filtering
  • We will tell UCSF IT we are ready to enable ProofPoint.
  • Expect some hiccups.

• GPUs for Selina's machine learning
  • Our 4 A40 GPU node is here but not installed.
  • Other GPU nodes are at Oyster Point storage and cannot be moved because our server room has lots of equipment stacked up waiting to be installed.
