• NIAID contract renewal
  • Scooter arranging time to talk to Darrell about NIAID contract.
  • Last word is Darrell has worked out new prime contractor (not known who).
  • Darrell is fully behind renewing our contract.

• Hardware on order, UPS, tape backups
  • New UPS (power supply) and tape backup hardware ordered in Sept and Oct still not delivered.
  • Expected delivery in mid February.

• R01 proposal revisions
  • Went through progress section changes in Google Doc.
  • References to reimplementing Chimera features removed.
  • New AlphaFold progress section.

• Next R01 revisions
  • For next week's group meeting put research plan aims 1-3 text changes completed.
  • Add time estimates in FTE to each of 6 sub aims totaling 2 FTE.
  • Interactive MD for non-model building uses will be removed or minimized.
  • DockPrep will be given stronger justification
  • New machine learning structure prediction will mention prioritizing jobs.
