* NIAID contract renewal
  - Scooter arranging time to talk to Darrell about NIAID contract.
  - Last word is Darrell has worked out new prime contractor (not known who).
  - Darrell is fully behind renewing our contract.

* Hardware on order, UPS, tape backups
  - New UPS (power supply) and tape backup hardware ordered in Sept and Oct still not delivered.
  - Expected delivery in mid February.

* R01 proposal revisions
  - Went through progress section changes in Google Doc.
  - References to reimplementing Chimera features removed.
  - New AlphaFold progress section.

* Next R01 revisions
  - For next week's group meeting put research plan aims 1-3 text changes completed.
  - Add time estimates in FTE to each of 6 sub aims totaling 2 FTE.
  - Interactive MD for non-model building uses will be removed or minimized.
  - DockPrep will be given stronger justification
  - New machine learning structure prediction will mention prioritizing jobs.
