    • Tom F says Radius support is not a shim, just a new server
    • Scooter notes we need smb plugin to Radius for password authentication

• Computer security audit
  • Department forced us to accept audit as is

• NIAID contract
  • Scooter will ping Darrell about new prime contractor, hopefully MSC
  • Current contract ends at end of February

• R01 resubmission
  • Due at NIH on March 5, probably due at UCSF contracts and grants Feb 21
  • Need a section on machine learning for structure prediction
  • Need a 1 page letter explaining changes, after revisions to text made
  • Google doc can be edited and new references added as needed using PMID
  • Scooter using PaperPile for formatting references, only works in Chrome
  • Progress report section needs to be updated through Feb 2022
  • TomG will write alphafold progress text, mention blast too
  • Want progress updated by next Thursday group meeting
  • Address reviewer comments mostly in research plan, not progress section
  • New letters from Burley and Kleywegt to mention machine learning

• Move toolshed to it's own IP address and it's own Apache instance -- Greg/Scooter

• Clean up VirtualHosts on our web servers -- Greg/Scooter
• Move webservices to https only & test (and test, and test) chimera to make sure it works
• Create self-signed certificate for webservices-test -- ongoing, Greg has run into a weird error
