  • Scooter says they are asking for lots of documentation
  • This is for RBVI lab, not clear how other labs will meet these requirements

• ChimeraX REST web services
  • Scooter suggests Zach consider separate modules for each web service client
  • Chimera EMDB search web service was some trouble to figure out
  • Scooter has UMAP REST web service used by ClusterMaker
  • ChimeraX BLAST html table not as usable as Chimera BLAST according to Elaine
    • May convert BLAST gui from html to Qt table
    • Greg points out maintenance of old javascript tricky, also security issues

• RBVI cluster
  • Watson just came up and went down, needs more attention
  • All plato nodes will need rebooted soon for a security update
  • Yesterday wilkins load average went to 125 according to Eric. Storage target hung. Wilkins had to be rebooted.

  • Who? Not Scooter or Zach. Sometimes Greg for mmCIF. Eric and Elaine when needed. Tristan when he can. Scooter things Tom Ferrin might want to attend.
