  - Scooter presenting Cytsocape and R

* Publishing SPOKE
  - Scooter will be lead author on SCOPE paper
  - Aim to publish in F1000

* Computer security audit
  - Scooter says they are asking for lots of documentation
  - This is for RBVI lab, not clear how other labs will meet these requirements
  - Looking at what user accounts are active
  - Asking who has physical access to N453

* ChimeraX REST web services
  - Scooter suggests Zach consider separate modules for each web service client
  - Chimera EMDB search web service was some trouble to figure out
  - Scooter has UMAP REST web service used by !ClusterMaker
  - ChimeraX BLAST html table not as usable as Chimera BLAST according to Elaine
    * May convert BLAST gui from html to Qt table
    * Greg points out maintenance of old javascript tricky, also security issues

* RBVI cluster
  - Watson just came up and went down, needs more attention
  - All plato nodes will need rebooted soon for a security update
  - Yesterday wilkins load average went to 125 according to Eric.  Storage target hung.  Wilkins had to be rebooted.

* Phenix R24 meeting
  - Who?  Not Scooter or Zach.  Sometimes Greg for mmCIF.  Eric and Elaine when needed.  Tristan when he can.  Scooter things Tom Ferrin might want to attend.
  - When? 10 AM works for everyone, except haven't heard from Tom Ferrin yet.

* Mission Bay on-site work

  - We will reassess starting group meetings onsite in a few weeks.
