• NTT Data Contract
  • Contract is signed. Start date is Feb 15, 2021.
  • Requires monthly reports of progress.

• Lab computers
  • Discussion of test lab. Retire all those machines.
  • Get new hardware for staff, e.g. 4k display.

• New hire
  • After Scooter discussion with Tara, lab overcommitted and has funds to hire someone.
  • Wrote job description google doc, projects that TomG can give up.
  • Wrote skill requirements and desires

• Summary of ChimeraX next version.
  • Next version is 1.2 and is compatible with 1.1 since PyQt5 still used.
  • Need to assure that future bundle developers use Qt shim instead of PyQt5.
