= Discussion =

* NTT Data Contract
  - Contract is signed.  Start date is Feb 15, 2021.
  - Requires monthly reports of progress.

* Lab computers
  - Discussion of test lab.  Retire all those machines.
  - Get new hardware for staff, e.g. 4k display.

* New hire
  - After Scooter discussion with Tara, lab overcommitted and has funds to hire someone.
  - Wrote job description google doc, projects that TomG can give up.
  - Wrote skill requirements and desires

* Summary of ChimeraX next version.
  - Next version is 1.2 and is compatible with 1.1 since PyQt5 still used.
  - Need to assure that future bundle developers use Qt shim instead of PyQt5.

* ChimeraX programming tutorial needs to change PyQt5 to Qt shim. TomG
* Buy Mac Mini with Apple Silicon and KVM switch, TomF
