    • Ben said that a new data set will be uploaded soon
• Chimera 1.11 Release

  • Conrad extended RRDistMaps (export tsv files)
  • Wait another week before finalizing
• Windows ChimeraX builds
  • Windows build completes without installing PyQt
    • To complete installation, user can say

      Chimera.app/bin/Chimera.exe -m pip install PyQt5

  • Pros
    • easy to get to and operate on chains
    • users do not make a sharp distinction between model and chain
    • sequences are chain-based and not model-based
  • Cons
    • they are not models
  • What use case drives this?
  • How about a "Chain Panel"?
  • Conclusion: Do NOT include chains in Model Panel
