3D segmentation cursor doesn't always spawn near the 3D model

Description

The 3D segmentation cursor always starts at (0,0,0), but 3D models of medical images have no restriction on where their origins can be. It would be better if it started in the center of the chosen model.

Made it spawn in the center of whatever model is open when the layout is changed to Desktop 3D or VR.
