I've seen this error before and it is a bug in Google Colab, but some code was added to work around it long ago.

I just did a test run of alphafold prediction in ChimeraX and it worked correctly. So there is something specific about what you did, or perhaps related to your sequence that causes the error. You'd have to provide exact details on what you did for me to help.

You might just try running it again since it is a Google Colab problem and might be just a transient problem.
