Done.

I added a snapshot command. It does the same things as pressing the Snapshot toolbar button. But it also has a "directory" keyword option to say what directory to save the image in. And it remembers the directory you set for this and all subsequent sessions. If you want for instance to save images in the current directory ChimeraX is started in use "snapshot directory .". If the directory option is used, you can later change it back to the default which is "~/Desktop". The specified directory will also be used for all subsequent spin movies made from the toolbar button.
