Same bug from same reporter as #9334.

The warning at startup says that the Qt toolkit had trouble handling the DELL S2422HZ external display. This is a Qt problem on Mac. ChimeraX will probably work without this external display connected. I've seen these kinds of errors reported on Mac for external displays with specific types of connections (Thunderbolt or display port). You could try the current ChimeraX 1.6 which uses a slightly newer Qt (version 6.4 instead of 6.3).
