Hi Madhan,

It looks like you hit the keyboard interrupt key (usually control-C) several times. Was ChimeraX hung? At any rate, I suggest you upgrade to a current release of ChimeraX. The 0.91 release you are using is very old at this point and we would have a much better chance of tracking down problems if you are using a current version (not to mention that current versions are better :-) ).
