Mike mentioned in the May 19, 2023 SLAC cryoEM workshop that the Chimera Volume Filter user interface panel would be useful in ChimeraX.

I called the new tool "Map Filter" instead of "Volume Filter". It is the same as in Chimera except it has one more filter "Sharpen" which does bfactor sharpening. I added a "volume sharpen" command (e.g. "volume sharpen #3 bfactor 100") that does the sharpening. The "volume gaussian" command was able to do sharpening to using its bfactor option with a negative value, but this is a common operation so a less cryptic command seemed better.
