Description

In the top-level state of the table (listing TCIA Collections), the left-most column "Dataset" width is not adjustable so trying to move the column dividers behaves unintuitively. I do not see this problem after drilling down to the other two levels, all of the columns and their dividers behave as expected.

Well actually I don't know which column is the culprit. In previous email you said the following and I guessed :-)
