Download DICOM: visual indicator in tool that loading is occurring

Description

Since people may not be looking at the status line and realize why the dialog is blank for a couple of minutes, I think it would be really helpful to put a visual indicator somewhere in the Download DICOM GUI window itself. I'm fairly agnostic as to what it should be, just thinking it would be nice if it were fairly obvious, like in the middle of the (currently empty) table, if possible, or if that's not possible, large enough so that somebody staring at the dialog will definitely see it. Could be as simple as "Loading... see ChimeraX status line" or as fancy as something that updates, like the text currently in the main status line, or a progress bar. Whatever you think works.

Instead of putting that text in the status line, we now gray out the "Drill Down to Studies" button and put it there instead, reenabling the button and restoring the original text when it's done loading.

Just a reminder that we discussed further actions on this, although I admit I've forgotten the details. Something like don't put the text on the button, but on the the dialog directly, either progress bar or just the same as what the main status line contains now.

One more idea (new, I think) is to make the initial dialog bigger if possible. Comes up as a tiny scrunched window. I thought there was something like a minimum window size for a tool, maybe Eric can advise.

I've put the download progress text in the tool.
