Description
Sometimes when a DICOM file is downloaded from TCIA and opened, ChimeraX appears to have trouble rendering it.
The screen is not actually black, it's just that the DICOM files are initially shown in such a way that a plane edge faces the user and it's invisible without a bounding box around it.

This commit reorients those DICOMs to use the standard rotation.

See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
The DICOMs that display this way all have their patient axes in common: the X-axis is fine but the "Y-axis" actually is either (0, 0, -1) or (0, 0, 1).
