Description
In the latest NIAID statement of work, we write that we want to be able to open DICOM files directly from TCIA.
TCIA also includes NifTI files, but the ability to read them shouldn't be considered a blocker for this ticket.
Some of the studies on TCIA are pretty huge, so we'd want to give users the ability to narrow down their choices in ChimeraX before potentially downloading hundreds of gigabytes of data to their machines.
