Description
NifTI is increasingly popular as a medical imaging format. TCIA, a large public database of medical images, includes both DICOM and NifTI. In the latest NIAID statement of work, we wrote that we'd like to be able to open and view them (and possibly download them directly from TCIA the way we download PDB files from RCSB).

Enabled the NifTI reader for tomorrow's (02/22/23) daily build.
