put flatpak build for the generic Linux release in daily builds
We currently create packages RHEL 8/9 and Ubuntu 20.04/22.04. That leaves out lots of Linux variants that could run ChimeraX. The "generic" build, is done on an old version Linux, Debian 10, and depends on the savvy user to install any missing dependencies and older versions of system libraries as appropriate. A flakpak build would allow us to get rid of our "generic" build, and potentially the other builds. We need to figure out if the flatpak build can be used as the LCD build for binary packages. If not, we will need to keep the RHEL 8 build.
