Hi Nitesh,

ChimeraX session files are forwards compatible (can be opened in newer versions of ChimeraX) but not necessarily backwards compatible (openable in older versions of ChimeraX). To open your sidechain.cxs session file you will need to install a newer version of ChimeraX.
