Hi Disha,

Thanks for reporting this problem. I would suggest upgrading to the 1.4 release of ChimeraX, which uses an entirely different version of the Qt windowing toolkit than Chimera 1.2 that you are currently using. That might fix the problem in and of itself, but at least would mean that you are using the same version that we currently use should the problem happen again (and if it does, you should report it again).
