Description
Just noticed that on my Windows machine the %localappdata%\UCSF\ChimeraX\1.4\site-packages\chimerax directory seems to be filling up with a collection of old ISOLDE and Clipper builds:

I'm guessing these happen when I (usually accidentally) do a new `make app-install` while a ChimeraX instance is still running, and they don't seem to be doing any harm other than taking up space... but it feels like these should be getting cleaned up.
