I think these error messages mean the session file you tried to open

/Users/ykulathu/Downloads/Ligase_fitted.cxs

is empty or truncated. Maybe you were in the process of downloading it but the download did not complete before you tried to open it. The person this ticket is assigned to is out for 3 weeks.

Just a quick note before completely going on vacation.

This is consistent with trying to open an empty session file. We will improve the code to report that fact instead of giving a traceback.
