Description
Hello, lately I have not been able to run any AlfaFold predictions on Chimerax. There seems to be a problem downloading and running AlfaFold and energy minimization programs. This is a new problem never before encountered on ChimeraX. Any advice would be most welcome. Thank You. John Rubin University of Michigan

I just fixed a problem running AlphaFold predictions in ChimeraX described on the ChimeraX mailing list
https://www.rbvi.ucsf.edu/pipermail/chimerax-users/2022-June/003882.html
All AlphaFold predictions were broken because Google moved the location of a library called jaxlib that AlphaFold uses. You do not need a new ChimeraX. The fix was in the AlphaFold installation script that ChimeraX gets from GitHub each time a prediction is run. Let me know if this is not the problem you encountered.
