Hello,  lately I have not been able to run any AlfaFold predictions on
Chimerax. There seems to be a problem downloading and running AlfaFold and
energy minimization programs. This is a new problem never before
encountered on ChimeraX.  Any advice would be most welcome.  Thank You.
