Description
Last time you used ChimeraX it crashed.
Please describe steps that led to the crash here.
I did the same thing as yesterday. Yesterday it worked, now it crushed several times, seems to be a problem with matchmaker. When opening the first model the mathmaker window closes. After reopening it the model is listed in the matchmaker window. When I try to open a second model Chimera crashes reproducible. I checked for windows updates, installed them but the problem is still there.

Hi Uwe,

Thanks for reporting this problem. So, a couple of things. One is that if you are opening a _session_ file, tools and structures that were open will close, and tools and structures that were open when the session was saved will reopen. This 100% true for structures, but varies somewhat for tools. For instance, the model panel will stay open. However MatchMaker will close. Maybe it shouldn't. At any rate, that's why it closed when you opened a session file. The second thing is that we are very hopeful that the crash you have been getting is fixed in the ChimeraX 1.4 release candidate now available for download on our website. Please try it out and let us know if it fixes this problem for you.
