mmCIF 1grl needs to put missing structure between :302-303

Description

For each chain in 1grl, the structure changes from fully atomic to CA-only at the residue 302/303 boundary. The inter-residue bond there needs to be a missing structure pseudobond instead of a covalent bond.

Added code to suppress warning about missing linking atom when connecting full residue to CA-trace.
