Sorry about the ridiculously slow response - seems this one fell off my radar. The upshot is that this isn't actually a bug. You had the plot widget set to the "Ile/Val" contours - since you only have one Ile/Val selected, that's all that's shown. The new version of the Ramachandran Plot widget now lets you show all 6 plots side by side so you can see everything at once if you wish.
