"camera stereo" interferes with up-arrow selection

Description
After "camera stereo" up-arrow key in graphics window does not produce a "select up" command, and typed commands in the graphics window do not appear in the command-line. It appears that key forwarding from the graphics window is broken after "camera stereo".

Fixed.

Switching camera mode to stereo made a new graphics window that did not have key forwarding enabled.
