Mouse modes currently in Chimera 2

• rotation
• xy translation
• zoom (ie z axis camera translation)
• pick
• report object name, mouse hover
• move selected models
• volume contour level
• volume planes (flip through planes, or resize volume box)
• volume series (adjust time with drag)

There is no user interface yet to enable the last 4 modes except keyboard shortcuts.

There is no trackpad support. wxWidgets does not have it. We would have to use objective-C Mac APIs to get this (which I did for Chimera 1).
