combine with "close true" doesn't nuke grouping model

Description

We had an example with #1.1-3 grouped under #1. Both of the following did get rid of the submodels, but did not remove the grouping model:

combine #1 close true model #2
combine #1.1-3 close true model #2

tested in UCSF ChimeraX version: 1.4.dev202202042144 (2022-02-04)

Of course, one can just close #1 after that.

Empty parent models get closed now.
