Yes, sorry. I thought I had pushed ​this commit but had not -- and Comcast has been down for some of the day.

If you update chimerax.core it should go away.

1.3 ships with a version of toolshed/__init__.py and the webservices client that reference each other correctly, and the other route is up on the backend.

Got it. I would have gone the other way and restored the old API to the webservices client and removed the new route, since the old route can never go away. But I am not deep in the webservices weeds.

I have updated core and still get the same error and traceback.  I verified that my installed version really has the new_versions -> check_for_updates change and it does, but it fails in the same way.

My error about DefaultApi is not in the new version check, it is in Blast Protein.  I'll submit a new bug report.

Same DefaultApi error in Blast Protein.  Here is a new bug report for that

DefaultAPI error is no longer in toolshed but in BlastProtein.
