The AlphaFold prediction had not finished -- it logs a message when it finishes saying where the downloaded files are. I suspect the Qt html panel showing the Google Colab page is responsible for the crash, maybe from closing it, or moving it, or docking it, or resizing it, some kind of Qt window toolkit bug with QWebEngineView.

Do you recall doing anything with that AlphaFold Run panel when the crash happened?
