Description
Yumeng Yan was using fitmap with shift false and rotate false options to measure correlation in a post on the ChimeraX mailing list. Would be nice to do this in a more straightforward way.

Added measure correlation command to measure the correlation between two maps. By default it uses the grid points above the surface level of the first map (option "envelope true"). The command does not have the rotationAngle, angleRange and plot options that the Chimera command has.
