Description

Clicking the "Blast" button ignores different values for maxseq and e-value cutoff entered into the dialog. I.e. the command shown in the Log uses the default values 100 and -3 even if I typed other values into the fields, with or without return. Even if user does not hit return, the value shown should be used, i.e. should be entered automatically.
