2dlabels "all" specifier stopped working

Description

I'm 99.9% sure this used to work, as I verified before committing documentation, but I can no longer specify all 2D labels with "all".

E.g.:
2dlabels create t1 color black size 70 xpos .36 ypos .5 text →
2dlabels create t2 color black size 35 xpos .36 ypos .6 text sym
2dlabels delete all

Log:
2dlabels delete all
Missing or invalid "name" argument: Unknown label identifier
