Description
FYI - this AlphaFold2 implementation in a Google Colab notebook is quite something: https://twitter.com/thesteinegger/status/1416826734322749445?s=20. Tried it out on a ~300-residue orphan gene with no homologues of detectable sequence identity in the PDB... took about half an hour, and the result was remarkably sensible-looking.
