Added possible fix in daily build.

This startup crash seems to be Qt bug related to setting the QStackWidget to show the file history at startup. Since it only happens on rarely and appears to only happen at startup I guess it is some window system race condition. Possibly if we delayed setting the QStackWidget until the main window expose event happens we could work around this Qt bug. I've put in code to delay that until the main window gets shown. We have no way to reproduce this bug so will just have to wait and see if it is reported again. This bug has been reported several times.
