RFE: matchmaker "reportMatrix" option

Description

It would be very useful for people comparing domain rotations and such to have a "reportMatrix" option to matchmaker analogous to the one that "align" has:

... which in turn was like the Chimera "match" command "showMatrix" option

The two-step process of comparing a structure to itself before and after fitting with a separate command (and which also requires opening the same structure twice) is extremely confusing. This would reduce the number of steps if the fitting method of choice is matchmaker.

Okay, there is now a directly analogous 'reportMatrix' option to the matchmaker command and a corresponding control in the tool.
