mmCIF reader does not have "explode" option to make coordinate sets

Description

The mmcif reader needs to be able to put multiple models into coordinate sets. This is currently supported by the PDB format reader

open 1g1p format PDB explode false
show #1
coordset #1 1,18

Last command plays through the coordinate sets.

The open command option name has been changed from "explode" to "coordset".

This limitation keeps coming up and should be fixed.

open 5ml1 coordset true

open_mmcif() got an unexpected keyword argument 'coordset'

The actual keyword is coordsets (with an s on the end).
