Description
Session restore of session where I colored  map radially and then later replaced it by coloring by local resolution restores showing radial coloring.

Fixed in 1.2 and 1.3.

Session save of surface autorecolor handlers was relying on WeakSet to not include handlers that were no longer being used for coloring. But those are not removed until garbage collection. Added code to check if handlers were in use when saving session. Same problem afflicted hide dust and zone surface masking fixed that too.
